Welcome to the Grange

We are a patient-centred NHS GP practice in Fartown, Huddersfield, welcoming patients from across Greater Huddersfield and Kirklees. Based on Spaines Road, we offer a wide range of easily accessible NHS primary care services and besides GP, nursing, and pharmacy appointments, we also offer onsite ultrasounds scans, cardiac and pathology investigations. We have a same day/next day phlebotomy (blood collecting services) and offer advanced wound care for our patients. Our easily accessible appointments are available online, by phone, or in person with same day assessments of all appointment requests by a senior triage GP.

How do we provide quick access to GP appointments?

If you wish to provide feedback or express a concern, your GP practice is the first point of contact. However, if you are not comfortable sharing your feedback directly with your practice, you can get in touch with NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). The ICB is responsible for overseeing GP services in West Yorkshire, and you can find a feedback form by clicking this link: https://www.westyorkshire.icb.nhs.uk/you-and-your-general-practice
